At Fuzion Media Ltd we take the security of our clients’ personal information very seriously. Here is our privacy statement which indicates what we do and do not do with your information.

We collect other information from you that is necessary to write your wills, or other services we provide. It is possible in some rare circumstance that we also obtain information from a close relation but you will be made aware of this at the time, or we will be acting at your request.

Why we collect information about you and what we do with it
We collect information solely to carry out our agreement with you to provide your legal document(s).

We retain your contact details so that we may send you occasional newsletters (if you have given us your consent) or to remind you that you should perhaps review the terms of your will etc. We may also send you information about our products and services and any special offers there may be. We have a duty of care to all our clients to remind them from time to time that it may be appropriate for them to review the terms of their wills. Promotional material by email. You have the right to withdraw your consent to receiving such material by contacting us by phone, letter or email.

Access: You can request a copy of all the information we hold about you by contacting us.

Correction (Right of rectification): We always want the most up to date information so please notify us if any information needs to be rectified.

Deletion (Right to be forgotten) In some circumstances including where we are relying on your consent to use your data you have a right to request us to delete your information.

Keeping your information secure
We take the safety and security of your personal information extremely seriously. We have implemented policies to ensure that all IT equipment is password protected and that any physical documentation is securely locked away when unattended. We will keep these policies under constant review.
